YOUR ROLE

  • Responsible for leading end-to-end Recruitment, Employer Branding, and Temporary Labor for the North America region.
  • As a member of the senior HR leadership team, proactively conceptualize and drive recruitment for North America. Guide process improvements to shorten time to hire, reduce cost, improve candidate and hiring manager experience (KPIs), ensure compliance, focusing on diversity in recruitment throughout
  • Drive internal employer reputation through education, training, motivating employees to engage in Employer Reputation activities including virtually (e.g. career fairs) and on social media (e.g. Talent Ambassadors)
  • Drive external employer reputation by positioning Henkel as an Employer of Choice in North America through guiding local HR leadership, creating new ideas for promotion, focusing on attracting diverse talents. Leverage usage of Social Media further in region (e.g. glassdoor, indeed, fairygodboss, etc.) and ranking management
  • Conceptualize, enhance, and steer NA approach to early talent attraction and pipelining of candidates (academic relations) with strong focus on diversity and digitalization
  • Lead collaboration between HR and the business to enhance workforce planning
  • Lead and mentor the North American Talent Acquisition Team and Managing partnership with RPO & MSP providers
  • Collaborate with global recruitment team to leverage recruitment tool / ATS (Cornerstone) and reporting and sharing best practices/learnings from region
  • Drive initiatives to enhance recruitment operations (e.g. steering executive recruitment and agency usage, referral program, assessment, training, onboarding, partnerships)
  • Own Temp Labor function including management of third-party provider. Connect provider and local HR to steer operations.

YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelor's Degree, Master's preferred, with 10+ years of experience with US / NA talent acquisition
  • Leadership experience within a matrix organization with the ability to balance global, regional and local priorities.
  • Knowledge of best practices related to diversity recruitment and experience implementing initiatives aimed at increasing representation of under-represented populations.
  • Ability to analyze and compile complex data and present effective summaries and reports. Strong financial, analytical skills and experience using analytical and problem-solving skills to build effective programs.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
