Wisconsin Indianhead Technical College is currently accepting applications from qualified candidates for Instructional Designers at Any Campus Location.The Instructional Designer will provide leadership and mentoring in the implementation and integration of current and emerging research-based theories of teaching and learning.Through workshops, one-on-one consultations, videos, and self-paced methods, the Instructional Designer will promote and support the use of instructional design principles and assessment strategies to enhance the teaching and learning content based upon course content and delivery modes. In collaboration with faculty, academic leadership, and college stakeholders, the Instructional Designer will determine appropriate practices and methods to accomplish identified outcomes.

The Instructional Designer will represent and support the values of the College by participating in work groups, committees or teams related to effective teaching and learning strategies.

Two positions available: One regular scheduled position and One two-year limited term position
