A Visual Designer wants to make the world a simpler, more elegant and delightful place. They are learning when to follow established patterns and when to push the boundaries. They are hands-on, curious and ambitious about their craft.This position will be working on our clients digital innovation team, creating high-fidelity prototypes for short-term experiments on a small cross-functional team and creating digital assets to support the innovation function.Responsibilities:Leverage existing design patterns to maintain a systematic and unified visual language for all productsUse an iterative process, working closely with your teammates to design, prototype, and validate design ideasAssist in design iteration exercises, high fidelity prototyping, presentation decks, logo creation, and concepting under specific direction from design lead/sr design staffBackground:0-2 years of experienceBachelor's degree in graphic design, or equivalent professional experience that shows your design skillsProficiency in a variety of design and prototyping tools (eg Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, and InDesign)Confidence in your work, but zero ego brought to the tableExperience designing complex custom digital products is a plusA strong online portfolio available for viewingThings that we value:Knowledge of design fundamentals - visual, user experience, interaction, and motionA systematic design approach and an understanding of how each piece is part of the larger wholeCan receive and follow creative direction and feedback from discipline leadsAbility to explain your design decisionsA passion for being on top of new platforms and technologiesSelf-starter who is user-focused, detail and solutions orientedMust haves:Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and a prototyping tool like Sketch, Adobe XD, or FigmaViewable portfolio to show the quality of their workManpowerGroup is committed to providing equal employment opportunities in a professional, high quality work environment.
