Career Level:1 yr Education:High School Diploma or GED
Salary:$18 - $25
Description:1. Receive and prioritize all incoming calls in a prompt and proper manner.
2. Effectively dispatch technicians to customers on a timely manner.
3. Demonstrates the ability to effectively channel service emergency and non-emergency calls to appropriate personnel.
4. Responsible for making phone calls to update, inform and facilitate customers.
5. Prepare and complete reports as instructed by Service Manager.
6. Receive final service paperwork from Technicians.
7. Responsible for invoicing customers once work orders have been completed.
8. Distribute invoices to all customers on a timely basis.
9. Daily maintenance of work in process.
10. Assist customers with service needs
Requirements:1. Ability to make accurate decision making in regard to dispatching service work orders
2. Ability to learn the company computer program and enter necessary information
3. Ability to organize, multi-task, and meet deadlines
4. Ability to communicate effectively with customers and personnel
5. Ability to work under pressure, shift priorities in a changing environment, and self-direct with good business judgments.
6. Basic Microsoft Office skills.
7. Accurate and efficient data entry skills.
8. Excellent organizational skills
