YOUR ROLE

  • Reporting to the NA SHEQ Director, the Sr. Manager NA
  • SHEQ Steering role will be responsible for leading the regional SHEQ Critical Initiatives and Task Forces in the region, especially focused on 2 fields: Critical Suppliers Quality Capability Development, and Contractor Safety
  • Program Management for Major Capital Investment Projects.
  • The incumbent of this role will manage the SHEQ systems, programs, and governance processes across multifunctional teams including Purchasing, R&D, Engineering, Production, at Regional and International level, as well as third parties, e.g., suppliers, contractors, contract manufacturers, consultants, etc.


YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelor's degree required, Master's preferred in Business Administration preferably specialized in Supply Chain Management or Strategy.
  • 10 years of experience working in Quality, Occupational Health and Safety, Production, or Supply Chain Management, preferably in an international group in the FMCG industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, high complexity and large projects simultaneously
  • Experience managing quality or safety assurance systems for multiple locations.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in ISO Standards, especially ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018.
