YOUR ROLE

  • Drive and implement commercial excellence standards and initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of customer facing teams
  • Enhance customer experience and improve sales performance by ensuring full utilization of the Henkel CRM-tool
  • Drive professional key account management within region
  • Refine and deploy targeted training curriculum for customer facing teams
  • Design and ensure implementation of relevant channel concepts within region (including distribution, eShop and social selling)
  • Take global ownership for selective Sales & Channel Excellence initiatives (e.g. key account management excellence)
  • Drive, monitor & benchmark achievement of quantitative and qualitative KPIs


YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelor or Master degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related fields
  • 7+ years experience in Sales, Sales Excellence and/or Channel Management, ideally in an industrial company
  • Outstanding leadership and partnering capabilities in an international environment
  • Advanced analytic and structured problem solving capabilities
  • Strong convincing, communication and interpersonal skills
