Presbyterian Homes & Services -Towner Crest is seeking Community Support- Resident Support Assistant to join our team.

This position reports directly to the Clinical Administrator or other Quality Service Team Member as designated at the site.

Responsibilities:

This position supports our care team as they assist our residents with activities of daily living and life skills for which certification is not required, snack and meal preparation and service, companionship, escorting, housekeeping, bed changing and making, laundry, social activities and special events. Maintain all required documentation in accordance with regulations and established policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated compatibility with PHS's mission and operating philosophies.
  • Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate with all customers.
