Sr. Financial Analyst

This Senior Financial Analyst will work remotely or onsite in the northwest metro.

Your responsibilities

- Influence the accuracy and discretion of tracked financial results with Operations and Accounting in order to drive improved management reporting

- Manage positive relationships with key business partners and Finance/Accounting leadership

- Optimize business performance by identifying and executing financial analysis

- Survey financial results, condense key trends, appraise current and future business risks, and relay critical updates to senior leadership in the course of normal preparation of weekly management reporting

- Power existing management reporting by evaluating financial results, distilling and synthesizing issues, and articulating key updates to senior-level staff

- Provide assistance in ad-hoc analysis and presentation requests

- Required education: BA/BS degree in Finance, Business, or a related field

- A strong ability to work with office systems, reporting software, databases and other BI tools recommended

- Eager problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity

- Forecasting experience desired

- Expertise in management reporting

- Foundational knowledge in financial analysis

- This position requires relevant experience in operations finance

- Ability to work effectively and cross-functionally, think practically and be solution-oriented

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Highly skilled with Microsoft Excel

- Able to think critically and operate effectively with management
