The Chief Technical Product Owner (Agile Product Management Senior Manager - Cigna speak) will facilitate the delivery of technology solutions by leading, developing and empowering a team of Technical Product Owners for a defined group of capabilities or products within the Pharmacy Benefit Management Coverage Review domain. The Sr. Manager uses department objectives, metrics and Agile frameworks to manage performance, drive continuous improvement and provide guidance and feedback to product teams to ensure delivery of business value. This position will support the CRD/C360 products within the Coverage Review domain and having experience and in-depth knowledge of CRD/C360 product platform is critical to insuring a smooth transition in light of high profile current projects along with present growth demands for PBM-Coverage Review team. Responsibilities Collaborates closely with business product owners and stakeholders to initiate new business initiatives, supports the development of business program specifications and business case. Facilitates quarterly planning sessions to ensure work is defined, estimated and planned for the upcoming quarter according to business priority and budget. Leads and develops the Technical Product team ensures that overall department objectives are achieved and business value is delivered for a defined group of technical products. Enables and engages Technical Product Owners by managing individual and team development plans to advances skills and team maturity. Acts as a change agent to drive transformation and continuous improvement. Partners with others to employ a metrics-based approach to identify opportunities and optimize team performance. Identifies and assists TPOs with the implementation of strategies to achieve performance goals. Collaborates across functional, operational and technology groups to ensure the right people are engaged and assists with key stakeholder negotiations. Serves as an escalation point to mitigate issues, remove impediments and resolve Qualifications Engineering and functional knowledge of the Communications platform strongly preferred Reporting tool expertise (Jira, Jira Align, Tableau, etc.) essential Experience working in technology or close engagement on component preferred Experience working in agile development methodology essential Experience managing business stakeholders strongly preferred A high degree of comfort in a fast-paced dynamic/ambiguous environment Proven skill at balancing technical knowledge with business possibility and acumen Ability to work cross-functionally with business partners and other technical product areas Passionate member advocate with the ability to identify and meet customer needs within the agile framework About CignaCigna Corporation exists to improve lives.
