Sr Program Manager - IT PMO - Transformation

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
??? Develop the program and policies
??? Produce and maintain appropriate communications to all stakeholders regarding program progress.
??? Assist in identifying and scheduling deliverables, milestones and required tasks
??? Assign responsibilities and scope of authority to project/technical personnel
??? Coordinate to provide technical advice and to resolve problems
??? Responsible for compliance to all corporate policies
??? Partner with architecture representatives to ensure we leverage approved technologies and solutions

QUALIFICATIONS:

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
??? 4 year degree
??? 15+ years total experience minimum
??? 5 years as a program manager
??? Demonstrated project and program management skills
??? Broad knowledge in IT hardware and software
??? Demonstrated decision making abilities
??? Demonstrated problem resolution skills
??? Demonstrated analytical skills
??? Demonstrated relationship building skills
??? Demonstrated communication skills
??? Experience working in a large or complex IT environment
