Business Analyst - IDAM Only

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Business Analyst - IDAM Only for a contract lasting through 06/02/2022 working with an insurance company in Franklin, WI.

Description:
This candidate will work on a team supporting our mission executing process and governance functions within Identity and Access Management. This includes cross-team communication and functions that also include automation and process improvement efforts. This position will work with key business units, developers, vendors, and security engineers to help support the future of the Process, Administration and Certification (Client) team. This person will be responsible for architecting, managing, supporting and providing improvements to all aspects owned by the Client team.
Responsibilities:

• This role will help perform operational support functions within the "process and certification" portion of the IAM Client team.
• This individual will have a IAM governance background with familiarity of user access certification processes.
• They will be spending time gathering requirements, performing data analysis, facilitating with users/managers/certifiers and kicking of certifications in the current tool (GovernanceMinder) and eventually the new tool certification tool (IdentityIQ).
• The candidate will have excellent communication skills and an attention to detail.
• They must look for ways to challenge the status quo and identify potential ways to improve, automate, and deliver better value to the company.
• Requirements: Documentation of processes and procedures, Data and Process Analysis Skills and Understanding, Meeting facilitation and collaboration, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Problem solving and process improvement execution skills, access certification experience, familiarity with audit/governance processes, and a quick learner.

Qualifications:

• Superior communication skills, governance/audit background, experience with user access certifications, experience with Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.), and Zoom.
• Basic to intermediate excel and/or visual basic/macro skill to import data, analyze it, slide/dice, report, and produce metrics.
• Experience building and launching access certifications - SailPoint IIQ is a plus.
• Process automation, experience or familiarity with IAM processes and best practices is required. Experience in Business / Systems Analysis or Quality Assurance desired.
• Familiarity in eliciting requirements and testing.
• Experience working with highly confidential data.
• Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools.
• Knowledge in generating process documentation. Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
• Visio Skills a plus (data/process mapping). Driven individual who takes on work and owns to completion.
