Job Description:

The STATE, Information Technology Department, is looking to contract with a vendor to provide trained, established, experienced IT Professionals, with current and progressive work experience in the following job roles and roles /responsibilities to assist in meeting the increased demand and workload in J2EE.

Required Skills:

• Requires a minimum of 4 years of current and progressive experience in this role. (4 years)
• Knowledge and experience designing/developing web applications using Object Oriented and J2EE concepts. (5 years)
• Proven design, development and testing skills and experience (5 years)
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills to refine computer software to produce the required product. (5 years)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with written and verbal English language proficiency (5 years)
• Good time management skills (5 years)
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision (5 years)
• Ability to coordinate closely with IT management, team members and Agency personnel (5 years)
• Scrum working experience (5 years)
• Web application development using Java, Spring MVC, JSP, EJB, JDBC, JavaScript (5 years)
• Understanding of multiple Frameworks (5 years)
• LDAP (5 years)
• Structured Query Language (SQL), PLSQL (5 years)
• Good working knowledge of relational databases such as Oracle and MS-SQL Server (5 years)
• Knowledge of Crystal Reports (5 years)
• Eclipse (5 years)
• Git (5 years)
• Microsoft Azure DevOps (5 years)
• RAD/Websphere Application Server (5 years)
