What you get to do every day

- Correspond with US and Foreign Patent Offices

- Assist attorneys with patent filings by resolving discrepancies, errors and omissions in filing paperwork.

- Perform IP research

- Preparing and proofing patent forms and documents

- 2+ years of patent prosecution experience, required

-Bachelor's Degree and/or Paralegal Certification, required

- Post-Grant experience desired

- Detailed, accurate, and an ability to handle confidential information

- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer service mindset
