What You'll Do:


  • Lead the company's sales team
  • Spearhead the company's planning and execution of strategies to increase commercial sales and company growth
  • Maintain external contacts and cultivates new commercial sales
  • Schedule new client sales appointments
  • Handle inbound sales calls and schedule appointments
  • Oversee the formation of business partnerships and the negotiation of commercial sales contracts
  • Ensure execution of the developed commercial sales strategies and plans
  • Develop and maintain relationships with current clients and existing external relationships
  • Ensure services comply with professional and company policy standards
  • Maintain commercial sales pipeline per sales strategy
  • Maintain strong networks and key association relationships
  • Conduct marketing presentations to elevate the company's market visibility
  • Oversee budget and forecasting for the company's commercial sales
  • Present commercial sales budget and forecast to the owner on a quarterly and annual basis
  • Support the development of metrics to help improve productivity
  • Collaborate with operations to quantify growth opportunities
  • Perform analyses, as requested, to support various business decisions
  • Implement and/or improve policies and procedures


What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Finance, Business Management, or Marketing (Preferred)
  • Construction industry experience (Required)
  • Sales and Business Development experience (Required)
  • Proficiency and aptitude for applicable software (Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, etc.)
  • Strong sense of urgency to respond to and address the needs of the company, balanced with good instincts and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to determine key metrics upon which to measure productivity and profitability
  • Ability to contribute to strategic planning and execution
  • Must be able to lift and set up a 50 lb. ladder
  • Must be able to scale a ladder to access a roof
  • Ability to identify a roof membrane, perform a test cut/core sample and repair the roof back to a watertight condition
