Medical Customer Service Representative

An established healthcare organization in the west metro is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to join their team on a temporary to hire basis. This individual will be responsible for dealing with complex medical cases, and requires the ability to piece together information from different sources to resolve complex claims issues. This individual will need to be very empathetic, patient, and has the ability to resolve issues effectively and on time. Often you will need to research a case and call someone back if the case is very complex. This is an tenured team with room for growth. If you have excellent problem solving skills, can think on your feet, and have the ability to utilize multiple sources to find an answer, we want to hear from you!

Requirements of the position:

• Skill in Microsoft Office Suite applications
• Show the ability to adapt and learn new techniques and skill sets when required
• Ability to multitask and attention to detail are critical
• Excellent communication skills
• Team player with a great attitude
• Bachelor's degree highly preferred
