Position Responsibilities

• Drive the requirements process for search enhancements.
• Document website enhancements.
• Work with the User Experience team to develop concepts that address website usability and best practices.
• Partner with the Content, Quality Assurance and Web Development teams to validate web enhancements.
• Effectively coordinate projects with inter-departmental resources.
• Conduct competitor research.
• Maintain documentation and perform weekly reporting.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 2 to 4 years experience, preferably in eCommerce.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and SQL. Experience in VBA, Google Analytics, and HTML a plus.
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
