Reporting directly to the General Manager of Mid-Continental Region in the US, and indirectly to the General Manager of Acuren Wind Energy Services, this position is accountable to provide leadership and oversee the effective delivery of the services of the Wind Energy Service Line. The role will be a critical link between the wind service line project management organization and the operational execution teams. In addition, the position will be responsible to organize work and work assignments integrating various resources to carry out these activities; connect with staff to ensure the effective and timely management of concerns; ensure client needs are met in a manner that complies with safety, quality and financial goals; prepare and recommend operational/capital budgets; and to provide day-to-day oversight and analysis of the P&L to deliver on a profitable enterprise. This position leads a geographically dispersed team throughout the US and will be highly integrated with the wind service line.

As the successful candidate, you have a minimum of 10 years of relevant operations and people management experience, a demonstrated commitment to exceptional customer service, and a thorough understanding of Acuren and the manner in which we deliver value to customers while contributing to the success of the company. You set the example for your team as an inspirational leader who provides ongoing coaching, guidance and development, and your exceptional interpersonal communication skills enable you to effectively and respectfully interact with team members and external contacts at all levels. You are an energetic team player with the confidence and capability to add value to operational decision making and business strategy. This position will be based out of one of our regional offices in Wisconsin, Minnesota, or Michigan.
