Our client is a mid-sized manufacturing company in the medical industry that is looking to hire a Cost Analyst / Senior Cost Analyst. The role is open due to promotion and reports to a great boss. They are looking to hire a sharp Accountant / Analyst who works well in a fast-paced environment with some tight deadlines. They want to find someone who will be ready to be promoted quickly and want to move up the ladder at the company. There is great upward mobility at this organization. This role will have high visibility to leadership. There are currently 3 sites for this business and this role would be in the northwest suburbs. It would be a bonus if you had some SAP or large ERP experience. It would also be ideal to have some manufacturing accounting or cost accounting foundation and a strong understanding of debits and credits. They offer a great salary and excellent benefits in return. They are open on years of experience and would hire at Cost or Senior Cost level. Job Requirements:

2+ years of Cost Accounting or Analysis experience ideal

SAP or large ERP experience a plus

Manufacturing accounting ideal

Inventory analysis

Variance analysis

P & L analysis
