Due to rapid growth, Tolomatic is looking for Materials Associates for our 1st and 2nd shifts:
  • 1st shift - hours are 6:30 am to 3:00 pm Monday-Friday
  • 2nd shift - hours are 2:45 pm to 11:15 pm Monday-Friday
About You:
  • High school education or equivalent.
  • At least 6 months to 1 year of related receiving, materials/parts picking or shipping experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Intermediate PC skills with the ability to navigate from one screen to another. Microsoft Office - Word and Excel knowledge.
  • Ability to work accurately with numbers and instructions.
  • Ability to be trained to operate a forklift and overhead crane as needed.
  • Ability to manually lift material.
  • Displays a positive "can-do" attitude and a strong desire to learn and grow on the job.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with company personnel and others.
Primary Objective:

Our Materials Associates promptly receive all materials arriving through purchase orders, work orders or customer returns. To ensure disposition of such material to inspection, proper end-user or appropriate work-in-process order. To pick parts for assembly cells and maintain and stock inventory consistent with company policies and procedures. To complete the assigned cycle counting duties to help ensure inventory accuracy. To package and ship orders consistent with customer requirements and company policies and procedures.
