We are a specialized team of doctors committed to providing the highest level of patient care. We have 5 locations and 5 providers in the Milwaukee Metro area.
Immediate opportunity for an experienced Patient Services Representative
Reporting to the Front Desk Lead, the primary focus of this position is to coordinate and facilitate our patients' visits to ensure the highest level of customer service is provided. You are their first and last point of contact for all visits. This role will be working independently as part of a smaller team so you must be strong and confident in that environment. This role requires individuals to be self-motivated, have a high level of empathy, and the ability to problem-solve efficiently.
This is a full-time, non-exempt position. Days and hours of work vary according to business demands. Some travel between locations may be necessary so dependable mode of transportaiton is important.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Prepare for patient schedule
Greet and welcome all patients upon arrival
Check them in, verify personal information (name, address, insurance)
Must be detail-oriented and able to multitask
Be an advocate for our patients as well as our practice
Collect copays, coinsurance and deductibles and balance batches at end of day.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation
Maintain a current understanding of insurances
Process mail, faxes, and scans

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:
Luxury Service or Retail Industry experience a plus
Healthcare industry experience preferred
High level of luxury customer service skills
Exceptional diplomatic communication skills and experience in handling difficult customer situations
Ability to multitask
Maintain a current understanding of the practice's systems (Medevolve, SRSsoft, etc)
Must be a positive, professional team player
