Sr. Business Development Manager

We're looking for a Sr Business Development Manager to join a growing team of experts working across the digital landscape in strategy, planning and execution.

The Sr Business Development Manager is a vital part of our client's digital team. This person will be a "hunter" focused on results, and responsible for the overall health of the sales pipeline including brand voice and inbound strategy. The ability to work as part of a team and identify excellence in sales is critical, as is attention to detail and a self-motivated work ethic.

We're looking for experience with:

??? Digital selling

??? Understanding the agency business (media & consulting)

??? Investing in trends and buying patterns especially within key verticals

This person will drive sales:

??? Define ideal client profiles (retail, education, banking & finance, entertainment)

??? Research and build prospect lists

??? Effectively communicate, manage and convert leads

??? Sets realistic expectations with clients and qualifies leads

??? Sets Goals and Action Plans

??? Drives new business cadence: communication, outline, proposal, sow

This person will own the inbound strategy:

??? Partner in voice of Brand as it relates to Sales

??? Designs, optimizes inbound strategy (what are our clients looking for?)

Experience w/digital selling, inbound strategy and branding, and
