Agronomist Responsibilities:

  • Perform a variety of agronomic duties
  • Make seed, fertilizer and chemical recommendations; scouting; soil/tissue sampling
  • Work alongside other agronomists to carry out daily responsibilities
  • Keep up to date on all agronomy services and technology

Agronomist Requirements:

  • A degree in Agronomy/Agriculture preferred or equivalent work experience
  • General knowledge in the agriculture field
  • Excellent work ethic
  • Self-motivated, ability to work independently and with a team

Agronomist Compensation:

  • $45,000-$70,000+ DOE plus bonuses
  • Health, dental, vision, 401k, etc.
  • Company vehicle, cell phone, computer
