Retail F&I Manager - Yacht/Boat Dealership - $150,000+++

Summary for the Retail F&I Manager - Yacht/Boat Dealership:
Seeking an experienced Marine F&I Manager. The ideal candidate has Marine, Highline Auto, RV Industry Experience, Retail Sales Experience, Management Experience and F&I Experience who can thrive in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment. Boating PASSION is a must.
Responsibilities for the Retail F&I Manager - Yacht/Boat Dealership:
- Oversee and direct activities related to providing finance, insurance, and extended service programs.
- Produce acceptable levels of revenue and profits for the dealership by selling finance, insurance, and extended service programs to new and used marine customers.
- Establish and maintain good working relationships with several finance sources, factory and otherwise.
- Actively recruit and maintain a strong market base for the providing of available finance and Insurance products.
- Proactively use sales techniques
