Primary Responsibilities:

• Play lead role in fielding ad hoc business and financial analysis requests
• Drive implementation of Total Cost of Acquisition and Lifetime Value concepts into reporting and forecasting
• Present insights to senior leadership inside and outside of Marketing
• Build strong relationship with Finance, Product and Sales
• Deliver daily, weekly and monthly performance forecasting, planning and reporting deliverables
• Predicts emerging customer needs and develops innovative solutions to meet them
• Solves unique and complex problems with broad impact on the business
• Participates in the development of business strategy
• Translates highly complex concepts in ways that can be understood by a variety of audiences
• Influences senior leadership to adopt new ideas, products, and / or approaches
• May have segment-wide impact

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Marketing, Statistics, Business or related fields
• 7+ years of Finance / Marketing experience within a matrix organization
• 3+ years of Forecasting, Financial Analysis, and / or Budgeting experience
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and / or Tableau (able to use Pivot tables, V-lookups, charts, graphs, and create formulas)
• Able to demonstrate an understanding of how core business drivers influence financial results
• Demonstrated ability to manage people and prioritize deliverables
• Live within a commutable distance to Minnetonka location

Preferred Qualifications:

• MBA or other advanced degree
• Experience forecasting marketing or telemarketing campaigns
• Experience working with SAS / SQL
• Experience leading process improvements including Six Sigma experience
• Familiar with Health Insurance products
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment and possess the ability to work collaboratively and influence across a matrix environment
• Proven organizational skills with ability to be flexible and work with ambiguity
