Client Experience Representative

What you would be doing:

• Handling 40-60 calls a day mainly outbound to reach out to providers or customers to gather needed information
• Ensuring all information is compliant under HIPPA and the Health Information Privacy regulations
• Documenting outreaches and conversations clearly and concisely
• Following up on requested information
• Working with confidential information

What skills we are looking for:

• High School Diploma/GED
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail
• Proficient technology skills working within the Microsoft Suite Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to operate under minimal supervision
