YOUR ROLE

  • Identify and evaluate opportunities to improve Engineering & Maintenance processes
  • Work with vendors & contractors on new and existing projects
  • Work on improving PM's and Work instructions
  • Work with cross functional teams at Henkel to drive projects to completion
  • Develop root cause analysis on quality issues with Mentor mixing & filling processes


YOUR SKILLS

  • Engineering student; 2nd, 3rd, or 4th year.
  • Good basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Project) essential, AutoCAD skills a definite plus.
  • Attention to detail, excellent problem solving and communication skills
