Hey Sartell!   We are currently seeking an  full-time Environmental Services Director.  As an Environmental Services Director at Edgewood, you would be able to show your  leadership skills  to development, implementation and evaluation of day-to-day operations of maintenance and environmental services, buildings and grounds and vehicle operations for the community; this includes such things as heating, A/C, plumbing, electrical and repair.

Environmental Services Director  starting at  $50,960/year DOE

Minimum Requirements

 

You would be a great addition to our team if you possess the following:

• Associates degree in related field. Maintenance experience in a healthcare setting strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated maintenance and repair knowledge/abilities.
• Must be knowledgeable of state & federal laws, OSHA regulations, guidelines and standards applicable to building safety codes, and fire/life safety codes.
• Current driver's license required.
• Passion and drive for helping others.
