Job Description

A Trade Show Coordinator is responsible for completing the following duties:
  • Support Westmor's branding and marketing efforts with an emphasis on coordination of trade shows and branded materials
  • Oversee purchasing and inventory of branded promotion items and clothing programs, keeping a ready supply to support marketing campaigns and sales efforts
  • Planning, coordination, and execution of Westmor's trade show events that support current sales and marketing initiatives
  • Develop and maintain trade show budgets, track expenses and report on trade show results
  • Research and develop potential trade show events that support entrance into new markets and product launch efforts
  • Trade show lead oversight including maintaining a lead capture system and sales coordination follow-up protocols
  • Oversee development, maintenance and storage of trade show booth materials, AV equipment, graphics, tools and display products
  • Assist in coordination of company events and customer training events
  • Collaborate with design department in development and implementation of marketing campaigns
  • Maintain marketing material/literature inventory
  • Organize activities, logistics and all planning for internal sales meetings
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
  • Event Planning experience is preferred
  • 1-2 years of Marketing or advertising experience
  • B.A in Marketing, Communications, Business or Technical degree is preferred
  • Exposure to a manufacturing-related field is a plus
