Great new opportunity available for a junior to mid-level Territory Sales Manager in Minnesota!


Our client is growing and expanding the workforce and we're searching for a talented sales professional who is aggressive, dynamic, and enjoys travel. This position will be based in Minnesota and cover a FOUR-state territory including MN, WI, ND, and SD. Travel by company vehicle within these four states is required with an estimated 5-6 overnights per month.


The ideal candidate will possess a mix of the following: B2B selling experience, engineering background and/or product development experience, proven experience selling technical/intricate products, and the ability to train customers onsite using specific products.


Qualified candidates should possess the following:


  • Experience selling complex products through distribution channels
  • Proven ability managing customer accounts in an established territory
  • Ability to develop, communicate, and implement sales strategies and action plans
  • Strong experience managing channels
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
