Interventional - The Interventional business unit at Teleflex offers innovative medical devices that are used to diagnose and treat coronary and peripheral vascular diseases. We place a strategic emphasis on complex coronary and peripheral interventions, vascular access, bone access, specialty biologic treatments and cardiac assist. Our current Interventional products include a broad range of clinically relevant solutions, such as our GuideLiner?? and Turnpike?? Catheters, AC3 Optimus??? Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump and OnControl?? Powered Bone Access System. Position Summary


This position will develop and implement global product marketing and commercialization strategies leading to new and exciting product launches focused on developing unique specialty-focused solutions to support interventional cardiologists. This role will involve collaborating with the product marketing leadership for both upstream and downstream projects as well as associated activities to support key product franchises for structural heart interventions. These key activities include:

??? Develop and execute comprehensive commercialization strategies

??? Collaborate with cross-geographic and cross-functional team(s) to ensure project and launch success

??? Be the advocate for international markets and market development at the business unit level

??? Maintain strong, consistent and clear communication with all stakeholders on a continual basis

??? Represent the 'voice of the customer' - drive optimal utilization of market information and analysis to guide insights and decision-making

??? Fuel innovation - identify unmet clinical needs and recommend new products, markets, and strategies


*Please note, along with Maple Grove, MN, this position could also be located at our office in Morrisville, NC.

Principal Responsibilities


??? Manage existing product line(s) to drive global market adoption and growth

- Take ownership of product line including sales forecasting and budget planning

- Lead, develop and execute comprehensive commercialization strategies for key product franchises

- Understand the market trends, size and competitive landscape

- Generate impactful claims and marketing materials to drive growth in competitive markets

- Ensure relevancy, compliance and ease of use of all product labeling, manuals and training materials

- Support development and distribution of tools to facilitate value proposition messaging for global markets

- Become subject matter expert of structural heart interventional procedures as well as key decision-makers, clinical needs and market opportunities

- Coordinate with Sales Training and Clinical Medical Affairs team members to prepare training content

- Ensure development and delivery of relevant sales training that meets targeted clinical procedures/requirements

- Be the advocate for international market development at the business unit level

- Maintain and develop relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and leverage relationships with KOLs for regional voice of customer (VOC) and new idea generation.

- Collaborate with Demand Planning, Manufacturing, and Distribution to maintain high service levels

??? Identify, design and execute new product and market opportunities in global markets

- Identify unmet clinical needs

- Explore, identify, and recommend new products, markets, and strategies

- Develop action plans for product concept-to-commercialization, including the stage-gate process

- Partner with Business Development/Mergers and Acquisitions teams to implement strategies as requested

- Organize and conduct new product presentations and clinical evaluations with customers

- Define, address and overcome new product-related issues, including defining product specifications, operational factors, customer needs, regulatory and distribution hurdles, timelines, forecasts, value proposition and entry/ exit strategies

??? Perform all activities in compliance with the Teleflex Quality System.

??? Perform duties in compliance with environmental, health and safety-related site rules, policies or governmental regulations.

Education / Experience Requirements


??? Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS)

??? 3+ years experience in Product Marketing

??? Proven experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment from concept through commercialization

??? Ability to lead by influence

??? Strong writing, editing, and presentation skills

??? Strong verbal and group presentation skills with solid interpersonal skills

??? Analytical skills, problem-solving and critical thinking skills, and organizational skills

??? Self-starter with high energy level

??? Results-oriented with ability to drive projects to completion

??? Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft office suite

??? High attention to detail

??? Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships

??? Solid business acumen

??? Understanding of medical devices, their use in environments, and with audiences

??? Understanding of overall healthcare environment/landscape
