Sales Operations Assistant

Local St. Paul, MN surgical device company is seeking their next Sales Operations Assistant!

This is a temp to hire opportunity that starts mid June. The ideal candidate will have 2 years experience in Business School as well as at least 1 year in International Business Sales. A positive personality with superior customer service skills is a plus as you will be working in the field with other sales reps and customer requests.

Pay: $18 - 22

About the Role:

• Maintain and update information in all Sales Department databases
• Maintain profiles for each territory
• Compile and distribute sales reports
• Coordinate and manage demo instrument case program
• Assist sales operations department with various tasks and projects
• Various other sales related projects and requests as needed

What you bring:

• 2+ years Business School
• 1+ year International Sales
• Experience with technical/business writing and good communication
• Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook skills
• Access or other database experience strong
• Customer Service experience is helpful, including clerical duties, i.e. typing and filing.
• Working with customer requests and sales representatives in the field

Pay: $18 - 22/hr

Schedule: M-F, 8 - 4:30
