Description

• Manage a staff of 5-10 Project Managers, Superintendents, and Project Support staff.
• Assist in the development and implementation of corporate policies and procedures to achieve established corporate goals and support the corporate mission statement.
• Client Maintenance.
• Procedural and process issues.
• Financial issues and reporting processes.
• Subcontractor performance issues.
• Mentorship of junior team members and develop them into high-performing professionals.

Profile

• 10+ years of construction experience
• Strong background in Multifamily Construction
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• The ability to work in a fast paced work environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• The desire to grow their career professionally
• The desire to drive the growth of a highly reputable General Contractor
• The desire to mentor some of the younger Project Managers
• Strong track record with client relationships

Job Offer

• Base salary of $130,000-$160,000, depending on experience
