Job Description

Provide program management to Human Resource Talent Team. Partner with the team and department to develop, manage, track, and report work progress on programs as defined. Provides elevated technical support on project issues.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the coordination of complex program management to support leadership development and high potential development programs. Document and maintain business project plans, goals, roles and processes to clarify scope, schedule, and budget. Identify key dependencies, resources, timeframes and milestones for key deliverables. Assists Director in assessing business needs to propose enhancements to leaders to gain support.
  • Develops, publishes and maintains project plans in MS Project or other scheduling program and assists in tracking progress against plan. Arrange meetings and ensure successful meeting facilitation including the management of attendee availability/confirmation, room assignments, catering, etc.
  • Continually probe for bottlenecks and other potential problems; use extensive technical knowledge, influence, resourcefulness and initiative to minimize their effect on the program plan. Provides input on priority trade offs within and between business programs, as needed. Address and resolve program conflicts.
  • Gather information, and analyze technical problems across the team and department to proactively provide feedback and potential solutions to program leadership. Work with the team to deliver business program plan using established objectives, timeline, and prioritization.
  • Monitors program progress. Continually improve project skills via learnings and best practices from prior program results, training, peers, etc. Facilitate distribution and/or archival of program documentation activities.
  • Supports longer term overall program management, consisting of numerous deliverables. Supports the development of executive PowerPoint presentations and stakeholder updates.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • 3-5 Years of relevant experience
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Strong technical aptitude and communication skills regarding technical information and programs.
  • Ability to work with colleagues at all levels across the enterprise.
  • Ability to work independently and to connect the dots regarding business information pertaining to the program/project and teams.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, MS Teams and Sharepoint
  • Experience with managing program/project financials


Preferred Qualifications

  • Financial services experience
  • Part-time schedule is flexible, 24 hours/week
