Maintenance Technician

Company in Plymouth is Hiring for a Full-Time Machine Maintenance Technician!
This Position will be handling maintenance and repairing production equipment. This includes injection molding, printing and packaging equipment along with other manufacturing support equipment to ensure continued production of quality parts.
In this Role as a Maintenance Technician you will:

• Ensure operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance and calibration utilizing diagrams, sketches, operations manuals, manufacturer's instructions, and engineering specifications.
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions by determining source of issue by observing equipment in operation, talking to operators, and using test equipment.
• Adjust or replace defective parts, such as motors, pumps, circuit boards, using hand and power tools.
• Work with vendors as necessary to procure replacement parts or aid in troubleshooting.
• Maintain system logs and manuals, provide support and documentation and maintain safe and clean working environment.

Requirements:

• 3+ Years in a Higher Skilled Maintenance Technician Role
• 2 Year Technical Degree in electronics, electrical or robotics IS A MUST!
• Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair and maintenance
• Knowledge of practical engineering and technology principles, techniques and procedures.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills.

Hours will be 6am-6pm - Rotating Including Every Other Weekend
Pay Range DOE - Starting at $25+
