Irrigation Operations Manager

Precision is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Irrigation Operations Manager.

This job will entail attention to detail and the ability to follow systems and plans with complete accuracy. The Irrigation Operations Manager will manage all divisional staff and ensure quality of work and that they follow all company policies and procedures. This position must be able to work on and install all types of residential and commercial irrigation systems. This is a hands-on position at a company where no one spends 100% of their time in the office. This position will create, track, manage, and ensure the completion of work orders, site reports, and other necessary paperwork by all divisional staff. Training new crew members, assisting with installs as needed, overseeing sub-contractors, and ensuring project profitability are also key parts of this position. The Operations Manager will work with customers, the sales team, and account managers to ensure all customer needs are being met. Designing, quoting, and assisting with sales as needed for residential and commercial landscape lighting and irrigation projects will be part of this job also. Other tasks will be required as needed to ensure overall efficiency and collaboration across divisions.

Job Requirements:

• Landscape lighting & irrigation layout experience
• Three years of commercial irrigation install experience
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to obtain DOT heath card
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other basic technology
• Valid driver's license
• Other tasks as needed

Preferred:

• Backflow testing certification
• Basic Spanish communication skills
• Manufacturer training and certifications
• Industry-related management experience or similar field
