    • Journeyman - $45.00/hr.
    • Apprentice 4 - $36.00/hr.
    • Apprentice 3 - $31.00/hr.
    • Apprentice 2 - $26.00/hr.
    • Apprentice 1 - $21.00/hr.

Job Duties May Include, But Are Not Limited To
  • Digging
  • Soldering
  • Core drilling
  • Accurate use of a tape measure
  • Good knowledge of basic math, including fractions
  • Copper, PVC, and CPVC installations
  • Sanitary systems and venting
  • Ability to perform tub sets and shower pan installations
  • Proper heights, strapping and support of stub-outs
  • Proper sealing of all openings (rodent proof)
  • Problem solving/troubleshooting
  • Installation of fixtures
  • Testing procedures of completed work (ensuring work passes inspections)
  • Thorough clean-up of job site


Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Experience
  • 1-4 years previous plumbing experience (Preferred but not required)
  • Multi-family new construction experience (Preferred but not required)

  • Ability to respond to continually changing priorities
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Sound judgement, attention to detail, & decision-making skills
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to excellence
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English


Other Requirements
  • Must pass criminal background check
  • Valid driver's license & reliable vehicle
