Position Responsibilities

• Ensure print projects remain on schedule throughout the design process.
• Execute approval of print projects by prepping memos, scheduling reviews and communicating with internal stakeholders and outside vendors.
• Maintain communication with all departments / clients and provide prompt answers to requests.
• Ensure project management system used for documenting and tracking projects is up to date and accurate.
• Perform a variety of reporting.
• Prepare memos and mockups for creative review with the President.

Minimum Requirements

• Associate degree in Communications, Marketing or Fine Arts. Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2 to 4 years in a marketing or project management role.
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
• Adobe Creative Suite skills a plus.
