Scheduling Manager - Edina Pediatrics

Overview:
The Dental Specialists Edina Pediatrics located in Edina, MN is seeking an out-going, compassionate, professional Scheduling Manager to join our team-oriented practice. As a Scheduling Manager you will play an important role in working with our doctor teams and building strong patient and family relationships. You will check in patients, schedule patient appointments using a scheduling software, verify dental insurance, answer insurance and billing questions,oversee patient account management and continue fostering relationships with current and prospective patients through community outreach.

Responsibilities:
Education RequirementsAssociates/Bachelor degree preferred or industry related experiencePreferred QualificationsProficient with Microsoft Office, typing and data entry skillsAbility to multi-task in a fast-pace work environmentProfessional customer serviceEffective communicator and team playerDental insurance knowledge is a plus

Work Schedule:
Monday 7:30am to 4:00pm (2x a month 7:45am to 4:00pm)Tuesdays 7:30am to 4:15pmWednesdays 7:30am to 4:15pmThursdays 7:30am to 4:15pmFridays 7:45am to 4:00pm
