Description

• Assist in the Master Schedule
• Daily site walk throughs
• Maintain all Safety standards
• As a construction Superintendent, you will have complete oversight of the construction site
• Work on a variety of Multifamily projects in the Twin Cities Metro area
• The companies Superintendents will maintain successful relationships with all stakeholders, i.e. owners, subcontractors, arhitects, etc.

Profile

• 5+ years of construction experience
• Strong background in Multifamily Construction
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• The ability to work in a fast paced work environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• The desire to grow their career professionally

• Base salary of $70,000-$90,000, depending on experience
