Customer Success Advisor

OfficeTeam has an excellent career opportunity for an articulate, highly-skilled Customer Service Representative. Do you love building solid customer relationships? Then you may be a good fit for this position. This position pays up to $18/hr and is a contract position with the opportunity of going permanent.

How you will make an impact

• Receiving and placing telephone calls (taking orders, fielding questions/concerns)
• Provides accurate, friendly customer service in a timely fashion
• Performs functions including handling cash and other daily transactions.
• Efficient in order entry

Requirements

• Experience processing complex transactions and purchase orders
• Proficient in entering and processing orders and invoices
• Excellent verbal, written, and social communication skills
• Ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners and clients/customers (Business to Business)
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
• 4 + years of Customer Service
• 2+ years of International Business (not necessary, but an advantage)
