This is an exciting opportunity in Stoughton, Wisconsin for a Lab Electronics Specialist. This is where you can work on industry leading engineering projects such as New Product Development, Value Package Introduction and Systems Product Validation. Your impact will happen in these and other ways: Supports activities that ensure the Corporate, BU and Local processes and quality system are in compliance with requirements of appropriate international standards Demonstrates an understanding of the functioning of test equipment used to perform tests and the contribution of the test equipment to the validity of test results Leads efforts to synchronize testing asset set up and maintains documentation describing test asset setup Leads Troubleshooting activities to identify assignable cause of Data Acquisition equipment issues Leads efforts to fix assignable cause issues with laboratory test equipment Proofreads work for grammar and spelling, accuracy, consistency of terms, and completeness; ensures document text and graphics adhere to corporate and organization guidelines and standards are met Assists global Lab Ops with implementation of procedures and facilitates the approval process Leads the development and maintenance activities that support TS 16949/14001 and ISO 17025 requirements around data quality including but not limited to accuracy, precision, traceability, relevance and accessibility Leads corrective action activity for Data Acquisition equipment for Lab Ops Non-Conformances to ISO17025 & TS 16949/14001 Provides awareness training for Data Acquisition setup and general troubleshooting to other technicians Develops/updates laboratory operations for local and BU procedures Participates in the maintenance of data quality procedures, processes, and systems within our labs Qualifications Required: Advanced level requiring minimum four years of relevant experience Work with limited supervision years of relevant experience from higher education and employment in related field. OR 6 years of relevant experience Associate's or Technical degree from an accredited program or higher is preferred Compensation and Benefits Base annual salary commensurate with experience plus annual variable compensation.
