Ethanol Plant Engineer

Our client, an industry leading Ethanol production company is seeking a Plant (Process) Engineer in the Mankato MN area. The Plant (Process) Engineer responsibilities include the identification and execution of capital and continuous improvement projects that increase the efficiency and profitability of the facility. The Plant (Process) Engineer assists the Production Manager in the management of the plant operations. The Plant (Process) Engineer is responsible for the coordination of the Shift Leads and the shift operators to maintain consistent operations in accordance with established SOP's. The individual will be required to go through a plant operations training program that will require working rotating shifts during the training program for approximately six months.
