DESCRIPTION: These outpatient clinics serve company employees and their families at multiple locations. The patient population is employees and their families, ages 2 and up. Will consider Internal Medicine doctors if experienced/comfortable w/age 2+ . If you can pick up any of these shifts, please call.

PRN shifts each month on-going, as needed

REQUIREMENTS:

WI state license; active, unrestricted

BC/BE Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

3 years experience
