Job Details

• Identify key market areas and decision makers while maintaining existing business and converting competitive business
• Maintain customer accounts by providing ongoing sales support, product knowledge, and customer service
• Drive sales revenue to exceed company objectives
• Establish relationships with new and existing accounts to increase customer loyalty and minimize attrition
• Coordinate on-going customer relationships with a particular focus on up selling and cross selling
• Make outbound telephone calls to all organizational levels and functional areas where purchasing decisions are made
• Provide a solution for customer's needs through a consultative sales approach
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to travel up to 20%
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 2+ years of Biotech or Pharmaceutical sales experience
