This position is for candidates who can plan and direct all accounting operational functions, handle the accumulation and consolidation of financial data for internal and external financial statements, evaluate accounting and internal control systems, and lead departmental staff. This position is for candidates who can effectively manage self and others within strict time constraints when providing client services, lead while also being a team player, generate innovative ideas, and challenge the status quo. -Public accounting experience, ideally Big 4

- Attentive, ability to work independently and prioritize tasks

- Ability to meet deadlines

- Full Cycle Accounting experience

- Past work in technology, analytics and management experience highly valued

- Outstanding communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, both oral and written, and ability to build as well as deliver effective presentations

- Self-starter and strong ethical standards

-Strong Excel skills including building Financial Models

- Comfortable working in a changing and dynamic environment

- Sound written and verbal communication skills

- Excellent analytical, quantitative and social skills

- Prior work done in public accounting is desired

- BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, Economics or other business related field

- CPA/MBA preferred

- 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including as a Controller preferred
