Business Analyst II

Job Description
Responsible for building systematic reporting and performing ad hoc analysis, while contributing to recommendations for the business unit. Makes process improvements and adjustments to existing reporting models. Assists in a variety of projects, which may involve developing solution for problems within the business unit. Helps to resolve problems or issues through methods of trouble shooting, as well as separate analysis. Using sound information and theory, provides management with recommended actions to resolve issues or create value for the business.
Responsibilities
??? Building interactive visualizations to make data-driven decisions
??? Reporting and analysis to tell the story of data trends
??? Synchronizing data from multiple sources to provide big data solution including
??? Establishing & maintaining current partnerships across Service and Operations
??? Providing Thought Leadership and analytical thinking to generate new insights
??? Building out Centers of Excellence and training opportunities across larger org
??? Optimizing Query Executions within Power BI and expanding into Cloud tools/infrastructure
??? Assisting with developing automated solutions that leverage Microsoft Power Platform
Required Qualifications
??? Associates degree or equivalent
??? 3+ years of experience
??? Good analytical, quantitative & problem-solving skills and ability to use statistical analysis and modeling.
??? Strong knowledge of business operations and processes in more than two areas.
??? Ability to communicate effectively on recommendations and analysis results, and establish and maintain strong relationships across the organization.
Preferred Qualifications
??? Bachelor's degree or equivalent
??? 1-2 years of experience using Power BI, Tableau, Automated Excel Reports, Etc
??? Understands Database Design Concepts
??? Knows how to tell a story with Data
