This office is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join their team and support a few different departments! See details below:


Administrative Assistant

  • IN OFFICE ROLE (no remote option)
  • Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
  • $18-$20/ he depending on experience level
  • Long term position (temp to hire after 90 working days)
  • Answering the telephone and directing phone calls, greeting customers, employees, and visitors as they enter the office
  • Filing paperwork (electronically and on paper). Request documentation from clients for each file as needed.
  • Scheduling appointments as needed
  • Gathering/correcting time sheets, and aiding in the transition to E-Timesheets
  • Update account/client information and manage the internal database
  • Plan office events for holidays

Requirements:

  • Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1+ years of work experience
  • Knowledgeable of Microsoft Office software, including Excel and Word.
  • Self Starter - someone who is looking to learn new things/grow with the company
  • Excellent attendance history
  • Seeking someone who has great organization skills, who is a self-started and detail-oriented, and good with technology.
