This office is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join their team and support a few different departments! See details below:
Administrative Assistant
- IN OFFICE ROLE (no remote option)
- Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
- $18-$20/ he depending on experience level
- Long term position (temp to hire after 90 working days)
- Answering the telephone and directing phone calls, greeting customers, employees, and visitors as they enter the office
- Filing paperwork (electronically and on paper). Request documentation from clients for each file as needed.
- Scheduling appointments as needed
- Gathering/correcting time sheets, and aiding in the transition to E-Timesheets
- Update account/client information and manage the internal database
- Plan office events for holidays

Requirements:
- Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- 1+ years of work experience
- Knowledgeable of Microsoft Office software, including Excel and Word.
- Self Starter - someone who is looking to learn new things/grow with the company
- Excellent attendance history
- Seeking someone who has great organization skills, who is a self-started and detail-oriented, and good with technology.
