TeamSoft's client is looking for a Sr. Business Analyst! Candidates must be US Citizens from the Greater Madison Area / Wisconsin prefereably!
Responsibilities:
- Understand business vision
- Gather and define business requirements for processes
- Create workflows
- Conduct training sessions for business users
- Work with developers and third-party consultants
Qualifications:
- Possesses a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience with 3+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role
- Ability to document business requirements and to bridge gap between business unit and IT
- Understanding of MVPs, Agile, Pilots, LSS and Betas
