The Wholesale Loan Administrator 1 will be responsible for assisting in a variety of flood compliance processing activities for commercial, commercial real estate and/or problem loans. Responsibilities include: assisting in the coordination of loan closings; performing customer, loan and regulatory diligence; on-going portfolio maintenance; accurately evaluating and uploading data into the banks systems of record; ensuring compliance with all bank policies, procedures and regulatory requirements; manage an assigned portfolio of loans.

??? Required location for this position is 600 S. Fourth Street, Minneapolis, MN 55415. Relocation assistance is not available for this position.
??? The successful candidate must be available to work Monday through Friday; 8:00am to 5:00pm. Hours may change due to business needs.
??? Telecommute is NOT an option for this role. This position is currently working remotely but will be expected to return to the location at a future point in time when Wells Fargo returns to the standard operating model.

• 1+ year of commercial loan closing experience, commercial loan administration experience, or a combination of both; or BS/BA degree

• Commercial loan documentation, preparation, or review experience
• Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) skills
• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Effective organizational, multi tasking, and prioritizing skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline driven environment
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels; where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important

The salary range displayed below is based on a Full-time 40 hour a week schedule.

MN-Minneapolis: Min: $42,500 Mid: $59,000 Max: $75,500

MN-Minneapolis: 600 S 4th St - Minneapolis, MN
