We are seeking a Senior Government Programs Analyst to join our Government Markets and Strategic Initiatives team. Using your analytical, interpersonal, and writing skills you will help drive the organization's growth in this space. Icario works with clients in the government programs space and is looking to expand the organizational support and expertise as the programs evolve, regulations change, and the industry adapts and consolidates. You are the ideal fit for this position if you are passionate about Medicare and Medicaid, understand change and can communicate across the organization, and are mission-driven to help the beneficiaries. Additionally, you will need to understand new health innovation, articulate the value for government programs, and how it links to Icario's solutions. Why We Need You Provide technical assistance to stakeholders to support government program-related products and services Evaluate the implementation and effectiveness of government programs in the areas of Medicare, Medicaid, and Dual-eligibles, among others Develop training and other educational opportunities for the organization Research and develop position statements or public facing presentations that articulate the impact of government program changes on the industry, Icario's clients, and its business Keeps departments abreast of requirements by researching regulatory and filing information; writing and communicating guidelines Additional duties as assigned Embody Icario's values RequirementsWhat We'll Love About YouAt Icario, we know that unicorns don't exist, but Rhinos sure do!
